Shipping information

We ship within New Zealand, using NZ Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

NZ Shipping times:

  • Canterbury:      Most often overnight, 1-2 working days
  • South Island:   1-2 working days
  • North Island:    2-4 working days

Please note, shipping times for rural deliveries can be longer than stated above. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the expected delivery times and we will happily follow up for you.

Can I order something in another colour?

We only stock a limited number of glazes, so if it's a colour you've seen here, then yes. Please note, each piece is totally unique; a replicated piece may differ slightly from the original you saw online, including the colour.

Do you do commissions?

If it's fitting my style and colours, then let's chat!

What if my pottery arrives broken?

Oh no! Please email me with a photo of the packaging and pottery, and I will happily recreate. (NB: There will be a three week delay in getting the new stock to you.)

Do you run workshops or events?

Pottery Workshops, in partnership with the Hurunui Community Arts Council, are currently booked for June and July 2026, with another date to be confirmed later in the year.

My Pottery Parties are always popular. I can come to you (if you're Canterbury based!), or you to me in Rangiora. A great chance to get the team together and have a bit of fun. Numbers are limited. Email or phone/text me to chat.
